上海交通大学附属胸科医院,上海市肺部肿瘤临床医学中心主任陆舜教授表示:“作为首个中国自主研发的MET抑制剂,我们欣喜地看到赛沃替尼在治疗MET外显子14跳跃突变的非小细胞肺癌方面展现了出色的抗肿瘤活性,同时具有良好的耐受性。相信赛沃替尼的获批会使更多MET外显子14跳跃突变的非小细胞肺癌患者获益于精准的靶向治疗。作为在全球范围内的首次获批,赛沃替尼不仅成功填补了国内MET抑制剂的空白,并且有望成为首个代表中国走向全球的肺癌靶向创新药物。”作为与和黄医药共同开展的全球联合开发项目的一部分, ORCHARD和SAVANNAH II期临床研究正在开展中,以评估赛沃替尼与奥希替尼及其他药物联合疗法用以解决非小细胞肺癌肿瘤耐药机制,通过联合用药提供更长的获益时间。研究还包括乳头状肾细胞癌、胃癌和胃食管连接部癌等其他MET驱动肿瘤的治疗。参考资料1.
